IFFO TRAINING SEMINARS ON CHINA REGULATIONS

These seminars are only open to members of IFFO.

We will be holding two 1-day seminars on China Regulations in Santiago  (22nd November) and Lima (28th November). The seminars will focus on the Chinese regulatory bodies for our industry, including the Ministry of Agriculture, the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the China Food and Drug Administration.
The seminars will open with an introduction to all Chinese government offices relevant to IFFO members, followed by the different regulations imposed by MOA and AQSIQ for fishmeal and feed grade fish oil. The MOA’s feed safety and quality surveillance will then be compared with AQSIQ’s risk monitoring plan. The seminar will also cover the different markets open to fish oil intended for human consumption and lastly the various standards relevant to feed, food and drugs will be explained.
