All delegates are responsible for checking their own visa requirements, and we recommend that you check with the Chinese Embassy in your country for the latest update.  However, please also see the website for the visa department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of ChinaYou should make your visa application as soon as possible and with plenty of time before you travel to China. 

Should you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, once you have registered for the event, please contact the IFFO office by emailing secretariat@iffo.net.  You will need to supply the following details exactly as they appear in your passport:

  • Full Name:
  • Passport Number:
  • Passport expiry date:
  • Date of birth:
  • Gender:
  • Nationality:

PASSPORT

To enter China, most travellers will require a passport with at least 6 months validity from their last day of travel.  You may be denied entry if your passport expiry date isn't valid for at least 6 months after the date you are due to depart from China.  We strongly advise you to check with your travel agent.
